I want to delete a char.
lvl 1 char.
I entered my birthday, but cannot delete it.
Why?
How to?

Go to web page, click on account manager on the left side of the page, enter your log and pass there and your different options will appear
select to delete char. follow instuctions from there

The WEB link of "Account Manager" cannot be opend.
I did a ping test, result is attached bellow:

Would you pls help me by making a test?
That is, you visit that page to see if it works properly.
Or you can type the following command in CMD window:
ping support.redmoonclassic.com
And tell me the IP address of that URL, I will try to visit that web page using direct IP.

When I type "http://74.55.16.250/" in WEB browser's location, no page returns.
