    Hey there I recently returned to Redmoon. I used to play like 15 years ago can’t believe it’s still running! Also I registered for new account (can’t remember old ones) and I can’t get into support to check my info or to delete character and when I try to do the shape shift off the website keeps telling me invalid login. I don’t know what I’ve done wrong can anyone help me?


    The only time you should see an “Invalid login” on the shapeshift form is when you’ve put the wrong password. Sometimes it’s the case that your account uses more than 10 characters in the password but because the client only allows/accepts 10, you’ve remembered only those.

    Try to use the account/password recovery pages linked at the bottom of the support login page. I see a address that may be yours. Please private message if you can’t find the accounts/characters you’re looking for.
