I keep getting an error message when I try to connect to RedMoon as if the server is still off line. I need to get on to prevent my army from disbanding, unless it already happened. It will be very disappointing should I lose my army just because of a server upgrade and not being able to log back in after. PLEASE HELP!!!

There is no reason why you shouldn’t be able to login.
Open a console window and paste here what you see when you nslookup rm.redmoonclassic.com

What error do you get? If you could pm me your ip (as seen at ipchicken.com) and I will double check to see if there is any reason why you are unable to connect.
From what I can see on our side, there should be no reason.
    Paste the contents of:
    tracert rm.redmoonclassic.com

The error I am receiving is “Problem occurred while connecting to Redmoon Classic server. Try again later.”

After many attempts and a total uninstall / delete and reinstall I am able to get back in. Though as I feared my army has disbanded. Any help with this?

I can’t outright restore your army, but if you recreate the army, I can at least restore your army points. I apologize for the issues you experienced.

Yea, that’s what I was afraid of….Oh well, not like I had anything anyway. And there was zero chance of ever getting up in the ranks with all the dummy wars. Well, thanks for nothing.
