phillar honor stuck at 300

Hi All,

i have a friend playing red phillar and the level is already at 403 but the honor stuck at 300 so she cannot use wraith skill.

is there something that prevent the honor goes up?

it should be the kill an esper from sahara dungeon 1 but talk to kasham just to make sure

Yap! only quests can increase honor cap
