Someone please help… GM…???? I can’t even CTRL+Q/W to get them into quickbar to cast, when I am in JY, I literally am skillless…. Skipped to BY.. but being a 60 Phil = rough life….

Started a phil, can’t use skills in JY, they disappear off of my quick bar. Cannot cast them from skill screen either. Does not happen on any other maps… Help?
